No school-branding restriction is listed.
UIL's own official policy: athletes 17+ may sign NIL agreements ONLY with POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTIONS, not brands or local businesses. Any agreement with any other entity (including a local sponsor) may NOT be executed until the athlete has exhausted UIL eligibility. This is NOT the same as general high school NIL - several secondary sources incorrectly report Texas as broadly 'permitted.'
