Where it started
The Ronceverte Lions Club Men’s League tipped off in 2019 in a Lions Club gym in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Registration was a printed sheet. Fees were cash. Standings lived in a spreadsheet and everything else lived in a group text.
People drive in from across the region to play in it — from Beckley, Beaver, and Princeton; from Summersville; from Monroe and Pocahontas counties; from both ends of Greenbrier County; and across the state line from Covington and Clifton Forge, Virginia. That’s when it became clear the league was worth more than a spreadsheet.
iHOOP iNDEED was built alongside that league, season by season, to fix the parts that kept breaking — then extended to youth leagues, travel clubs, tournaments, and gym rentals. Seven seasons of RLCML history live on the platform today: every game, every player, every stat line.
